\u2022 Draft reports and notes on domestic and regional developments;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Develop and implement the Office\u2019s information strategy;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Financial planning of the Office\u2019s annual information budget;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Maintain contacts with Taiwanese authorities, civil society etc.;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 State and explain EEAS\/Commission positions to local and foreign media;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Analyse domestic and regional developments in relation to the EU\u2019s positions;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Participate in public events\/seminars on the EU;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Manage and organise press relations of the Office (press releases, interviews, briefings and press conferences, press articles, press trips);<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Manage and organise all other information, promotional and cultural events of the Office;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Ensure the implementation of the EEAS\/Commission Communications\u2019 strategy for external assistance;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Establish and maintain contacts with local and foreign media, universities and other opinion-forming groups;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Draft and edit speeches, articles and publications for the Office on a range of topics in the framework of EU-Taiwan relations;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Commission and distribute promotional materials;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Coordinate, or assist in the coordination of high-level visits from Headquarters;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Coordinate with Member states Representations on information and public relations issues and activities and where possible organise joint activities.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
